About

What ClippyOS is, and who makes it.

ClippyOS is a web app that edits Instagram reels from a creator’s own footage, in the browser. Paste a reel you want to recreate, select the folder your clips live in, and finished reels come back cut from your own clips, read and rendered on your own computer. Nothing uploads.
